Nivara's legacy stack could not keep up with a 10x growth in transaction volume. Settlement was batch-based, reporting lagged by a day and the team had no live view of exposure.
What we built
We rebuilt the core as an event-driven platform on Kubernetes with a streaming ledger, then layered a Next.js operations console with live risk dashboards and one-click reconciliation.
Outcome
A real-time treasury and payments platform processing millions of transactions a day for a fast-growing lender.
