Senior Full-stack Engineer
Own features end to end across Next.js, Node and PostgreSQL for fintech and AI products, working directly with clients.

Product Designer
Run research, prototype quickly and grow design systems for complex B2B products, from discovery through launch.

- Plan and run user research and usability tests
- Design flows, interfaces and prototypes in Figma
- Maintain design systems with tokens that map to code
- Pair with engineers through implementation
What you bring
- 4+ years in product design, ideally B2B or data-heavy tools
- A portfolio showing shipped work and the reasoning behind it
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards
- Bonus: motion design or front-end fundamentals
Machine Learning Engineer
Build retrieval systems, evaluation harnesses and model pipelines that run reliably in client production environments.

- Design retrieval-augmented and agentic systems with guardrails
- Build evaluation datasets and automated quality gates
- Deploy and monitor models on AWS or GCP
- Explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
What you bring
- 3+ years in ML engineering or backend with ML exposure
- Strong Python; experience with vector search and LLM APIs
- Understanding of data privacy and access control
- Track record of shipping, not just experimenting
